Someone very pretty better be Destro, is all I'm saying ...
Pretty face Sienna Miller is the first to join the cast of Stephen Sommers' "G.I. Joe," according to
Variety. In a description that is making fans twitchy, the mag calls Miller's character "the film's female lead, described as a raven-haired baroness and sexy femme fatale skilled in espionage."
Yeah.
Variety is also running the "Brussels-based" description for the Joes, despite Hasbro's recent insistence that the team would be geared towards the "All-American Hero" image from the early '80s, os it's possible that the person who wrote the article is going off old/incorrect information. The Baroness should not be the female lead. Scarlett and Lady Jaye should be the female leads.
Miller played Victoria in this summer's "Stardust" and co-starred with Hayden Christensen (and Guy Pearce) in "Factory Girl."
