Wonder(Which)Woman?
Everyone's favourite Amazonian princess might just be the first role cast in the upcoming JLA movie. Variety reports that whilst Victoria Hill, Silvia Colloca and Ivana Milicevic are all amongst the actresses rumoured to have screen tested, one is already in active talks about the role. And she's no stranger to genre, or comic-related, movies.
Jessica Biel, best known in the field for her work in The Illusionist and Blade:Trinity is reportedly the name being very seriously considered.
Of course, the studio has failed to comment but an interesting tidbit has been let slip nonetheless. It seems that casting will be announced all at once, instead of as each role is cast, meaning that this incarnation of the JLA, much like its comic predecessors, will be unveiled to the public all at once.
JLA is being helmed by George (Mad Max) Miller and continues to gather momentum, with the film being looked at as a potential launch pad for both Wonder Woman and Flash franchises.
