There is nothing cuter than chibi versions of the Whoniverse characters. No, seriously. I'm talking "cuter than a basket of fuzzy kittens being carried by a pig-tailed little girl with an LOLcat saying 'im cyoot'". Something about teeny weeny timelords and their many, many friends just breaks the cute meter.
Thus, we have "Torchwood Babiez," a sweet comic which follows the adventures of wee!Jack and the wee!Torchwood Five crew. And then they meet wee!Rose and wee!Ten, and it is just made of win. Seriously.
From the little stuffed pterodactyl to Ianto's dolly, the pleasure is in the details.
In a slightly different vein, we also recommend another fan work in the same style. Doctor's Girls by mimi na was drawn during part of the on-going "Is Rose special?" discussion, and answers that question rather handily. A followup piece by the same artist focuses on the Doctor's male companions, and is thus called Doctor's Boys.
All three pieces of fanart are things of beauty and if you enjoy Who or Torchwood, you should definitely check them out.
