And boy, is it pretty. While pics of The Suit have made their way across the Web, this is our first really good glimpse of Robert Downey Jr. playing Tony Stark, and wow, any lingering doubts that he could pull off the oozing businessman side are already laid to rest. The trailer gives a quick summary of the updated origin story, so even new viewers can pick up the basics before they set foot in the theatre.
I'd held out my doubts on putting the red and gold suit into real life, but the rendering here (at least in the clips) looks fantastic.
Transplanting a primary-color comic to the big screen is difficult at the best of times, but this is, as I said, kinda pretty. There are quick glimpses of the supporting cast, so not much to go on there, but there will be plenty more where this one came from.

Thanks for confirming how good Robert Downey Jr. will probably be in this; although it's always risky when one chooses to see a movie because of the logic "if he/she is in it, it can't be too bad" with Downey I have more confidence than with most. And thanks for the trailer links!
