The 2007 Hugo Award winners were announced last night at the 65th World Science Fiction Convention.  The winner of the John W. Campbell Award for Best New Writer was Naomi Novik.  The other winners included "Pan's Labyrinth" and "The Girl in the Fireplace" episode of Doctor Who.
