Victor Garber ("Alias," "Justice") has been tapped to star opposite Jonny Lee Miller ("Æon Flux," "Dracula 2000") in upcoming ABC drama Eli Stone, says The Hollywood Reporter. Stone will be a "high-concept legal drama" where the titular character is a successful San Francisco attorney who discovers he might be a prophet. Garber plays the father of Stone's fiancée, who works at the same firm.

Genre fans know Garber best as Agent Jack Bristow in the long-running J.J. Abrams series "Alias," a role which earned him three Emmy nods for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series. He has numerous television, movie, and theatre credits to his name, including "Sleepless in Seattle," "The First Wives Club," and "Godspell."
