Just as news of the assault charges against actress Kristy Swanson hit the media, Swanson fired back, filing charges against Marcia O'Brien, reports E! Online.  Swanson was arrested late Saturday fir allegedly assaulting O'Brien, the former wife of Swanson's beau (and father of Swanon's infant son Magnus) Lloyd Eisler.  Swanson has filed her own charges in Kingston, Ontario, saying that police have taken photographs of scracthes and bruises on Swanson's "back and other parts of her upper extremities."  The police have declined to comment at this time.

Eisler and O'Brien have two children together.  Swanson's version of events say that O'Brien attacked her in front of the children.
