Liv Tyler is going to play opposite Edward Norton in the upcoming sequel to "Hulk," according to E!Online. Tyler replaces Jennifer Connelly as hero Bruce Banner's love interest Betty Ross, just as Norton replaces Eric Bana. This also sets to rest rumors that Jessica Biel would be taking on that role. Louis Letrrier directs the new film, which is expected out next June.
The film reunites Banner and Ross as the Hulk is on the run from government agents, so taking a page from the successful television series with Bill Bixby and Lou Ferrigno from back in the day.
Tyler is most widely known in genre circles as Arwen, the Elvish princess from "The Lord of the Rings," amd also as Bruce Willis' fictional daughter in "Armageddon," but mostly she is known for being the daughter of Steven Tyler and thus proving that genetics is an inexact science.
