The NBC Series Chuck comes back to its network slot at 8 p.m. Mondays beginning January 11, 2010, after a 2-hour premiere January 10.

The series, about a computer geek catapulted into a new career as the government's most vital secret agent, was reported on the edge of the ax last spring, but was picked up again by NBC, and even given additional orders for episodes as the fall progressed.


The show will open for Heroes on Monday nights beginning in January, and has an impressive array of guest stars, according to the NBC press release, including Angie Harmon; Brandon Routh, of Superman Returns; Robert Patrick of The X-Files; Kristin Kreuk of Smallville; Armand Assante of Private Benjamin and Judge Dredd, WWE Wrestler Steve Austin and Vinnie Jones.
