Warner Bros has decided to move the theater release date of  Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince again.
HBP Release Date Changed. Again.
 E!Online says that Warner Bros is changing the theater release date of Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince for the second time.

It had initially been slated to debut in November of 2008 and was pushed back 238 days, to July 17, 2009, causing much gnashing of teeth for impatient Potter fans.

It's been moved again, but this time in the good direction, bringing the delay down to 236 days. The theater release is now slated for Wednesday July 15, 2009.
