Disney has released the trailer for the third "Pirates of the Caribbean" film.
Just based on the trailer, the third movie looks to be as full of campy goodness as the first two, with bonus pirates and (of course) an undead monkey.

Oh this looks really good. Let's hope it's as good as the trailer let's it on. If it is it's worth the part two movie filler.

My kids were angry when the second film ended on a cliffhanger, so they'll be looking forward to this if only to get the rest of the story.
And like many, we'll probably pick up the DVD of film 2 before seeing number 3 ... which is what we should have done in the first place.
(I have a policy of not buying bits of trilogies - movies or books - until the third part is in the shops. I make rare exceptions, like the LOTR movies, but my policy has done me well over the years. Saved a mint, too.)
