USA Network's popular Burn Notice has been renewed for the 2009 season, with third season shows due out next August. Meanwhile, Jeffrey Donovan, who plays burned agent Michael Westen and veteran actor Bruce Campbell are engaged in other interesting endeavors.

Jeffrey Donovan will headline the Chicago premiere of "Don't Dress for Dinner," playing Nov. 14-Jan. 11, 2009, at the Royal George Theatre Main Stage, and his new movie, "Changeling," directed by Clint Eastwood, and co-starring Angelina Jolie comes out October 24 in select theaters, and opens everywhere October 31. It can't hurt that the movie is written by Babylon 5 creator J. Michael Straczynski.

Meanwhile, Bruce Campbell, who plays Michael Westen's friend and Man Friday on the series, is awaiting the October 26, 2008 release of his movie, "My Name Is Bruce." The movie is an ironic story set in Oregon, where Bruce Campbell is mistaken for his character Ash from The Evil Dead and forced to fight the avatar of the Chinese war diety Guan Di to save the town.
