View all articles by Melissa WilsonDuchovny is of course best known for his role as true believer Fox Mulder in The X-Files. The series began as a cult favorite that managed to hit mainstream notice when FOX moved it to Sunday nights, and survived longer than any other SF series until Stargate: SG1 broke the record. Duchovny inspired hordes of happily obsessed fas, and even inspired Bree Sharp to write the pop song "David Duchovny (Why Won't You Love Me?)"
