All Bunny wants to do is party all the time. And why not? She’s gorgeous, smart, and the daughter of an important government official. What’s wrong with enjoying a little recreational hootenanny on the side, right?

“Games Girls Play” also known in some camps as “The Bunny Caper” is a cheeky romp from the swinging 1970s. Bunny O’Hara (Christina Hart) uses her feminine wiles to get her dad a position as a diplomat, much to his embarrassment. The two head for their new home in London. Bunny thinks “new country, new playmates” but dad has another agenda. Mr. O’Hara sticks Bunny in a finishing school for girls in the hopes that she will graduate as a proper lady.

Sorry, dad, but even a stuffy boarding school can't tame the spirit of Bunny O'Hara. Her first day on the grounds and she encourages the other girls to skinny dip during pool time. Nice for an appetizer but this is nothing for Miss O’Hara. She convinces her roomies to join her in a little game. Each girl chooses a big shot to bed. Whoever fails to seduce their target loses. Much hijinks take place.

There’s no two ways about it. “Games Girls Play” is one of those fluff films with a loose plot and looser clothing.
Obviously this flick is tailored for men since the women are the ones who go au naturel while the males are modestly filmed. I’ve always been irked by that double standard that Hollywood is a-ok with the ladies going full monty while the men get to hide behind well placed furniture and clever camera angles. Ugh!

Getting back to the review, I liked Bunny’s character. Sure she was promiscuous but I also viewed her as a feminist. She likes sex so she just goes out and gets it the same way a man would. It’s a table turning role to have the cutie be the aggressor for a change and I loved it. There’s also an interesting twist on the kind of men that the women go after. Bunny actually encourages her buddies to focus on older men rather than the boys at the school across the way. And I’m not referring to hulking college jocks or 30 year olds. I’m talking mature men with salt/pepper hair, healthy bellies and crow’s feet. How’s that for groundbreaking?

The nutshell review is that I enjoyed this fun and fancy free feature. “Games Girls Play” seemed like a combination between the “Porky’s” movies and an extended Benny Hill skit. It tickled my funny bone and the story was decent enough to keep my attention. Fans of gratuitous female nudity will get their money’s worth with this disc, for sure.
