She flips Cars Both Ways

Cameron can be seen in some of the Terminator: the Sarah Connor Chronicles (T:tSCC) season 2 promos doing non-Connor friendly things like flipping their car and walking menacingly. This anti-Connor trend may not last long. (spoilers)

Since she's clearly driving the Connor car with Sarah in the backseat in Promo 13, it would seem that John succeeds in re-reprogramming her some time in the first few episodes.

According to Thomas Dekker, in an interview with theTVAdict.com, Cameron will be getting an origin story in episode four, which will probably occur after she's been reset to good. Summer Glau went on to describe Cameron's crisis of purpose in S2,

"John, who starts to have issues with Cameron protecting them starts to pull away and that’s something she’ll really struggle with. Cameron starts to feel jealous in a way that robots cant feel jealousy. Her whole purpose in life is to protect John and when John takes that away from her she’s lost."

While Writer/Co-Exec Producer Natalie Chaidez, in the Production Blog, went into more detail on Cameron's origin story episode,

"Toni Graphia, has written an episode so good I’m positively jealous! It’s a Cameron origin story, some of it takes place in the future, and you guys are going to LUUUUURVE IT. It even has a frickin’ tiger!"

Sounds like fun.
