When last seen, Agent Ellison (Richard T. Jones) of Terminator: the Sarah Connor Chronicles was standing amongst about fifty dead FBI agents. He'll be going in a new direction in Season 2. (spoilers).

He may start in the same space, the first episode starts immediately after the finale time wise, surrounded by all his dead.

However, in a Fox Source interview, Jones discussed Ellison's new direction in S2. Having been nearly shot by a Terminator, he'll be leaving skepticism behind and will be less looking for answers than for some revenge. Since he's looking for a Terminator, that may be a little difficult.

However, as discussed at the Comi-con panel, Catherine Weaver, who is seen in the some of the promos caressing her new Turk's casing, will be hiring Ellison to work for her in the private sector for her new Babylon project.

Given Ellison's religious background, that's a name that may give him pause.
