Those of us excited over Sam Raimi's new series, Legend of the Seeker, can now get a first look at the show. A fifty second trailer is available at the show's website, http://www.legendoftheseeker.

The show is based on Terry Goodkind's debut novel, Wizard's First Rule, which is the first book in The Sword of Truth series.

The trailer put this viewer in mind of both of Raimi's past Sword and Sorcery shows: Hercules, the Legendary Journeys and Xena: Warrior Princess, as well as another epic fantasy filmed in New Zealand, Lord of the Rings.
