The 2007 JemCon will be held September 29-30 in Chicago at the SpringHill Suites O'Hare. The annual convention tends to be small but full of fiercely devoted fans of the 1980's series Jem as well as collectors of the fashion dolls based on the show. Last year's convention featured special guest stars Patricia Alice Albrecht (Pizzazz) and Samantha Newark (Jerrica/Jem). The 2007 con will be the first two-day convention held by the fans, and promises panel discussions, dealer's tables, workshops, and activities in and around Chicago.
