I've been an anime fan for 6 years now. My favorites are the Slayers series (it got me hooked), Ranma 1/2, Full Metal Panic and Love Hina. Hideyuki Kikuchi’s 59th birthday is on September 25, a cause for celebration. However, New York Anime Festival is taking place on September 26-28, which he has to attend. Since Kikuchi won’t be able to celebrate with such a big event happening the next day a compromise was made. Kikuchi, along with Yoshitaka Amano and Kevin Leahy, will celebrate after the convention on September 28. To fans the really big news is this: they will be bringing along ten very lucky fans.
You read correctly. Right now ten tickets with a price of $125 are being sold on the NYAF website which will allow ten people to accompany the three men as they eat, drink and party at a restaurant in Midtown Manhattan.
