Seth Rogen set to write/appear in an episode; season premire date!
IGN.com reports that actor/writer Seth Rogen (Superbad, Knocked Up) and his writing partner Evan Goldberg are set to create an episode of The Simpsons for their twentieth season. According to the website, Rogen will also voice a character.
Matt Groening tells yahoo!music that he's trying to woo pop star Madonna for a cameo appearence this season. Fox, as always, will put forth an official press release in July detailing confirmed guest voice talent for the season - when word breaks I will report back with confirmations.
In the same article, Groening reports that the show will produce a parody of Prison Break; two more confirmed episodes are titled "Double, Double, Boy in Trouble" and "Lost Verizon".
Fox has announced The Simpsons will premire at eight PM on September twenty-eighth, alongside Family Guy, American Dad, and King of the Hill in the Animation Domination block.
