I've been an anime fan for 6 years now. My favorites are the Slayers series (it got me hooked), Ranma 1/2, Full Metal Panic and Love Hina. I went to Otakon (2003-2005), Manganext (06), Animenext (07), and volunteered at New York Anime Fest (07). I'm really into Harry Potter, Harry Potter fanfiction, and fantasy books like Dark Materials series. IF ANYONE IS GOING TO ANIMENEXT I'LL SEE YOU ALL THERE!
View all articles by Arthur DavidViz Pictures has released the much anticipated film Honey and Clover live-action onto DVD. The film, directed by Masahiro Takata and based on the Shojo manga of the same name by Chica Umino, is the story of five college art students and their adventures in young love. If you like love triangles, this is the film/series to look for.
Previously only seen on a special screening at the New York Anime Festival in December 2007, shojo and anime fans in general are not the only ones excited about the release.
The DVD comes with individual cast interviews and is being sold for around $24.99 in select stores.
