Voice actors for the CGI Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie have been announced.
April will be played by Sarah Michelle Gellar, Max Winters by Patrick Stewart,
Casey Jones by Chris Evans, and the villain Karai by Zhang Ziyi.
The release date for this movie is March 23rd, 2007 and the trailers look reasonably promising. The Turtles look much better CGI than they do as rubber suits as in the old live action movies, though I'm a little dubious about the appearance on the humans. However, after a glut of cutesy-talking-animal animated films it's nice to see Hollywood put out something with (hopefully) a bit more snark to it.
